**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Our client, a global power development and investment company, strategically manages a portfolio in the evolving power sector worldwide, pioneering future energy solutions through long-term investments.

With its new investments and energy plants in Australia, they are now creating an office in Australia.

**ROLE**

As Office Manager you will play an incremental part in adding value to rapidly expanding business.

You'll play a key role in supporting the CEO and the business overseeing and executing all office-management related activities in a startup environment.

**DUTIES**
- Designs, implements, and oversees adherence to general office policies and procedures under the CEO's guidance.
- Ensures consistency and quality in office operations and corporate branding standards.
- Monitors staff adherence to key HR policies, including time attendance and vacation planning.
- Manages day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, appointments, and business travel.
- Welcomes visitors, arranges meeting venues, and facilitates catering and provisions.
- Handles administrative tasks across HR, Finance, Procurement, PR, and IT for stakeholder access.
- Plays a key role in developing and maintaining local HR policies, aligned with Group HR guidance.
- Maintains a consistent approach to procurement processes in line with Group directives.
- Manages facility-related inquiries, ensuring a safe working environment, and ensures compliance with local health and safety legislation through external providers.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- University education in a business-related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar general office management role.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent computer skills.
- Excellent English language skills; strong knowledge of HR practices.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
