**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Planner & Scheduler** in our Service department Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for proactively coordinating and managing the scheduling of preventative maintenance services. This includes organising service team technicians, parts, and all other relevant stakeholders involved in each job.

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in planning and scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of earthmoving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Effective internal and external communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Skilled in upselling parts and identifying service sales opportunities
- Trade qualification (highly regarded)
- Current driver's license
- Forklift license (highly regarded)
