This is an exceptional opportunity to join our Global Operations team as **Planning & Supply Officer** of our Brisbane operations. This role provide support to the production planner and supply chain team.
**About You**
We’re looking to recruit Planning & Supply Officer reporting to the Production Planner (based in Brisbane)
This is a varied role for a person who has a firm understanding of logistics, planning, warehousing function as well as experience in operating the SAP system.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Provide a support role to Supply Planner to assist in the daily SAP admin/data entry
- Perform production Work Orders.
- Updating documents, maintaining training matrix database & updating individual files specific to operational SOP’s & Training procedures.
- Raise non ingredient PO’s, place orders as required & interact with suppliers to ensure OTIF supply in accordance to Procurement & Packaging Factory consumables procedure.
- Verification & reconciliation of Inbound receivals & the Dispatch of goods, inc Export.
- Assists with continuous improvement objective by providing manufacturing & logistics information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
- Assist with maintaining SAP to schedule production, workorders confirmations, dispatch goods, monitor stock levels, maintain customer/blend requirements. and produce end of month reports.
- Assist in training plans and matrix to determine relevant skills for production staff. May assist with training and assessment where appropriate.
- Supports the maintenance of workflows assisting in monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; developing reporting procedures and systems, while fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between the site departments.
- Assist in maintaining housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Higher level of support coverage during Leave absence by both Procurement Officer Inbound and Logistics Customer Service Coordinator order receival and processing process.
- Support the Element Owners within the J2EE journey to excellence process for EHSQS.
- Run macro’s within APO system to ensure correct demand is uploaded to SAP system.
- Interact with S&OP team and process to ensure supply planning is accurate and covers customer demand.

This role is assigned to work in the plant located in **Wacol, Brisbane**
**What You’ll have**
- Diploma or Degree or relevant food processing or warehousing qualification
- Min 5 years of experience in a food processing environment in a supply related role.
- Solid experience in SAP and Ms program
- Knowledge of HACCP is an added advantage
- Highly organized and structured with problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
