Provide administrative and client services functions to a professional Business Advisory team within a mid‑tier accounting firm in the Perth CBD.

Nexia Perth has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Client Services Coordinator role reporting to a team of accountants within our Business Advisory division. This role would suit a current undergraduate seeking experience in an accounting firm with the opportunity to transition to a graduate role.

Primary Responsibilities

- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients: submitting forms and lodgements, making telephone calls and obtaining information/documents via the ATO portal

- Preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence and other documents for clients as needed to support the accounting team

- General administration duties for the accounting team, including regular reporting and meetings to ensure deadlines are met

- Maintaining our client database

- Client telephone calls and correspondence

What we are looking for:

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall IT literacy.

- Valid working rights in Australia.

- Experience in professional services is advantageous but not essential.
