**The Client**:
Our client for this position is a tier-1 financial services organisation undertaking a major multi-year M&A project. They're currently looking for a Program Analyst to join the organisation on an initial 12-month contract.
**The Role**:
This role will require an individual who is well versed in key aspects of Project Management, specifically governance and controls including program reporting.
This is a key coordination and quality assurance role and requires a process driven individual with ability to train and uplift governance capability across the stream as required.

**Responsibilities**:
- Project Governance & controls.
- Manage and oversee the Program Governance cadence.
- Collate and review stream status reports providing feedback as required to ensure they are suitable for Executive consumption.
- Draft program status and management status reports for the program.
- Responsible for the weekly 'End of Week status' reporting pack, distributed to LT.
- Coordinate meetings including recurring and ad-hoc mtgs, working groups, daily stand ups and vendor meetings as required. This includes agenda and minutes.
- Track and manage Program Stream Consolidated Action and Decision Log.
- Change Control; manage end-to-end process, ensure Impact Assessments are undertaken.
- Weekly Issues & Risks Review: working with the Risk Partner and the streams directly to monitor all risks and issues, capturing new items and identifying those for management attention.
- Weekly RAID Report: extract and publish.
- General Process Definition and Enhancement - operating guidelines, controls processes are updated regularly.
- Assisting the PM and Lead Delivery Director with defining and updating the project management processes, controls, standards and governance.
- Administration
- Management of the Program & Project SharePoint site including establishing new pages as required, updating registers, links, & providing access.
- Upload Deliverables into the repository as per the process.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:
- Minimum 5yrs+ in PMO.
- Program governance, reporting and communication rather than project.
- Project, program and portfolio management methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience and knowledge of Wealth business & processes would be an advantage.
- Involvement in a Separation/Integration initiatives would be an advantage.
- An intermediate understanding in project and program management methodologies, tools and processes across the project and program lifecycle, the Project Management Body of Knowledge and other project process or methodology e.g. Prince2, ITIL or Agile.
- A project management professional accreditation or working towards one (an advantage), preferably either an AIPM Certified Practicing Project Practitioner (CPPP) or PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent.
- Advanced Excel and MS Project.
- Knowledge of Wealth and any general banking processes would be an advantage.
