**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Scheduling Coordinator. After an initial training period from the Old Guildford office, the role has flexible remote working options (3 days in office, 2 from home).
The role will see you supporting the Scheduling Team Leader(s) (as 2IC) by assisting in coordinating day to day resource requirements, works scheduling and short to medium term resource planning for Gas Services activities, along with the below:
- Effective daily planning, scheduling, dispatching and finalisation of work
- When required, step in and manage scheduling team, their work activities, priorities, performance and development for the purposes of Team Leader leave coverage
- Supporting senior decision making in the prioritisation of projects and changes to the Gas Services portfolio
- Identify and where applicable provide solutions to issues, safety risks or customer impacts and escalate accordingly
- Schedule in-line with real-time, what-to-do-next and what-if analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership team and Delivery/Field Managers ensuring expectations are met
**About you**:
- Team Leader experience with the ability to coach/train team members
- Ability to produce accurate reporting and analysis
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong initiative and driven to find better ways of working
- Excellent organisation skills
- SAP experience (ideal)
