**Position Summary**

The main function is to support the sales and marketing requirements of the business, including machine invoicing and ensuring that all compliance matters have been adequately addressed. The position will liaise with multiple segments of the business to ensure that the customer’s needs are meet. Further, you will assist the sales team with reporting matters and work with the Logistics team to ensure appropriate planning for delivery of customer machines. You will be the main point of contact for the sales team and supervise an Temporary Inside Sales Contractor during the TMS implementation.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise Temporary Inside Sales Contractor.
- Assist & support Sales Operations Supervisor with implementation of CPQ and TMS.
- Process and send customer sales invoices after checking that all revenue recognition elements have been completed.
- Act as the GBS contact for invoice inquiries.
- Process credits.
- Assist the Sales team with order processing into Sales Force and Sage Evolution.
- Communicate with the Logistics team to determine appropriate delivery dates for machines, and keep the system up-to-date with planned dates.
- Assist the Commercial Sales Manager in the day-to-day dealings with the retail segment of the business unit, both internally and externally. This includes being the first point of contact for customers with incoming leads.
- Assist with creating Sales Orders & Quotes.
- Prepare reports for customer order progression.
- Ensure appropriate planning for delivery of customer machines.
- Work with all departments when needed to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Analyse GSMS and work on cleaning and maintaining old orders.
- Complete Old Stock level Reporting.
- Complete base level marketing coordination duties. Support, guidance, and training will be given locally and from the global marketing team.
- Check Job card discrepancies and closures for Machine Sales.
- Produce weekly reports on Sales Progression.
- Assist with updating Processes and Procedures.
- Maintain Sales Reports as required.

**Position Qualifications**
- Strong administrative skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good problem-solving abilities (essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- A dedication to quality and a willingness to assist and learn in the sales and marketing field.
