About the role
At Plenti, we’re transforming how Australians access personal and auto loans — making finance faster, fairer, and more flexible. As part of our Direct Sales Operations team, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right loan solution while building meaningful relationships every step of the way.
We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join us in Adelaide. If you’re passionate about sales, customer experience, and achieving results in a supportive, team-driven environment — this is your opportunity to shine.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers: Engage with existing and new customers across multiple channels — phone, email, and live chat — to guide them through their loan journey.
- Drive growth: Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring every customer has a positive and personalised experience.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your teammates to foster a supportive, high-energy environment that celebrates success.
- Stay organised: Manage and update our CRM system accurately to keep customer records current and insights sharp.
