The Opportunity

We'relooking for a driven
Sales Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team inWagga Waggaby delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this role,you'llwork closely with the broader sales team andwill
report directly to the SalesManagerinWagga Wagga
.You'lljoin adynamic environment whereyou'llinteract with key clients and stakeholders,supportingthe smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Whatyou'lldo:

  • Processing and managing advertising bookings.
  • Assistingin the preparation of advertising proposals.
  • Accuratelymaintainingclient and revenue records.
  • Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
  • Providing administrative support to theSales team.

Whatyou'llbring:

You are an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment andwhois ready to growacareer in media.You'llalso have:

  • Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketingetc).
  • A good working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Strongtime management skillsand the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive work ethic anda strong teamfocus.
  • A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
