Make a difference as an Injury Management Advisor

**Your Role**

In this position you’ll manage and deliver health and recovery outcomes for those injured in motor vehicle accidents.

As a trusted advisor you’ll actively share knowledge and provide injury management assistance and guidance to a team of Claims Consultants working towards a common goal centred on the customer, capability, performance, and work quality.

You'll build and manage relationship with key stakeholders including service and rehabilitation providers.

This permanent full-time role offers hybrid working, with the requirment to work 1 day per week from our Sydney office.

Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in medical, health or allied health disciplines
- Experience working with people from various backgrounds, to achieve outstanding health and recovery outcomes and desired business outcomes
- The ability to multi-task; manage high volumes and competing priorities
- A strong commitment to assisting those in need in the development and implementation of individual return to work programs.
- Approachable and practiced in providing specialised advice to diverse parties.
