- **Initial 6-Month Contract**:

- **Pays up to $550 P/D + Super (7hr a day)**

NSW Government Agency is looking for an experienced Advisor with specialisation in Wellbeing, Safety and Injury Management to join their team.

**The Role**:

- Deliver customer centric workplace health management services and advice.
- Develop, implement and monitor return to work strategies in line with relevant work health and safety, workers compensation and injury management legislations.
- Interpret and provide timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on relevant legislation, awards, policies and conditions of employment.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to aid the recovery at work process and improve injury management outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in people and culture service delivery, including assessing and updating methods.
- Undertake research and analysis and prepare documentation and reports on workforce information and trends.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, WHS, or another relevant field.
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in delivery of integrated advice and services across a full range of people, culture, and workforce programs.
- Government experience beneficial
