**Job Title**: Dispatch Load Planner
- Metro Loads

Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations -predominately in Australia and New Zealand.

We believe materials are not recycled until they’ve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes, water bottles and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand’s food and beverage packaging industry.

**Role Details**:Located on-site at our Dandenong operations, the role will report into the Dispatch Manager. The Dispatch Load Planner’s role is to ensure all jobs are planned for loading daily. Priorities will be to ensure on time customer deliveries completed in a safe and quality assured manner.

**What you'll do**:

- Coordinate all metro loads
- Load planning using Warehouse Management Systems & Invoicing loads
- Maintain data accuracy between WMS and LGX systems
- Raise and process NCRs as required
- Assist Dispatch Manager in day-to-day duties
- Liaise with customer service and production team when required
- Stand in for dispatch manager/regional (interstate) load planner in their absence including meetings, planning activities and admin responsibilities.
- Ensure an ongoing commitment and drive to achieve production standards productivity targets measured by Productivity KPI’s
