Warehouse Admin Storeperson Dispatch

**Location**: North Melbourne (near the Airport)

**Pay**: $53K - $55K + over time + super

**Hours**: Monday - Friday: AM day-time during business hours

This is a Full-Time Permanent role.

They work with quality and high end 3PL warehousing and delivery methods for the medical field that is moving medicines, vaccines, clinical trials, pharmaceuticals and much more via road on one tonne vans through couriers, and also through air freight for urgent goods going interstate or overseas. A lot of their deliveries are temperature sensitive as well being that they are pharma.

**The position**

This role is a for a Warehouse Admin / Store Person / Pick Pack Assistant involved in dispatching, picking and storing goods for transport in & out for pharma good from the 3PL depot ready to go to the receivers. You are assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse in dispatching, picking, packing, packaging, storing, sorting, dispatching goods, movements, shipments of stock in and out.

You will be working with items both temperature controlled and dry goods. You will be supporting the general dispatch and logistics operations and have full support from your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing administrative duties and computer work
- Receiving orders electronically
- Packing and packaging items for dispatch
- Assisting the dispatch coordinator with fulfilment
- Receiving and sending items for courier and air
- Working in the office and warehouse
- Labelling and ticketing packages
- Fulfilling admin & warehouse duties
- Operating equipment
- Fork lift operating (company can help get licence if needed)
- Based near the Airport in Melbourne
- Monday to Friday during business hours
- Start time ranging from 7am, 8am, 9am or 10am

**The experience needed**

It is ideal that you have experience in Administration and using software and computers and ideally from Transport and Logistics or Warehousing. More so what's needed is administrative experience or skills related to despatch through picking, packing, receiving, storing, labelling, packaging and preparing stock for sending.

An advantage but not essential if you have anything related to cold chain, refrigerated, sensitive, urgent, pharmaceutical, medical or scientific.
