**What You Will Be Doing**

The MePACS Dispatch and Administration, based in the MePACS workshop, is responsible for, but not limited to,
- Sorting inward Mail and distributing to relevant areas within Mepacs
- Follow up of alarms not returned by clients and installers
- Dispatch of alarms to clients and installers
- Assisting the help desk area with Dispatch
- Assisting mepacs Workshop assistance with returned alarms

The role will be required to meet performance timeframes for actions and turnarounds, undertake specific in-service training and be required to monitor when needed by MEPACS.
Key Responsibilities
Analysing, diagnosing and organising appropriate follow up to ensure all clients alarm units are returned in a timely manor
- Ensuring that a professional service is provided to all clients, contacts and members of the public in relation to all aspects of the monitoring service, including client response, data and document management (electronic and paper)
- Providing administration support to the mepacs workshop and help desk
- Dispatch of Alarm units to clients in a timely manner and in line with KPI’s
- Provide support and Advice to other MePACS teams
