**Your new role**
- Ensuring sound presentation of buildings
- Managing any tenant issues and being the first point of contact
- Monthly reporting, audits and budgets
- Maintaining asset documentation and data

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3 years of experience in Building Management preferred
- Experience with strata
- Project Management experience preferred
- Valid drivers' license and vehicle
