National Facilities Management (NFM) is a well-established, ethical and reputable family owned business who have incredible market presence and a strong network of premium clientele. They have been providing Property Management solutions to the Australian market for over 35 years 

Due to an on-going rapid growth, we are looking for a Building Manager to manage a commercial asset in Newcastle for 20 hours per week. 

What they are looking for:

  • Building & Facilities Management experience: 2-5 + years
  • A genuine passion for Building & Facilities Management industry
  • In-depth technical knowledge
  • A strong customer service mind-set and the ability to easily build rapport with Residents and Strata Committees
  • Ability to read & interpret budget & financials
  • Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management
  • You understand compliance, WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata and residential buildings.
  • Be ambitious, a forward-thinker with a 'can do' attitude
  • A passion and interest in progressing your career in the Building & Facilities Management Industry
  • First class communication and top-notch relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills
