An Iconic, Australian company with a global reach is requiring a Change Analyst with experience in financial crime to facilitate a regulatory uplift.

This iconic Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The Change Analyst will join an established team working under a Senior Change Manager and be the interface between the business and legal to facilitate an uplift in the Regulatory and Compliance initiatives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
This is a multi-year program that aims to improve culture, and prioritise ethical behavior and compliance over profit for members, employees and employers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Change Scope Definition and Management
- Experience producing change artifacts; impact/ readiness assessments, briefing packs, FAQs, training materials etc.
- Change Delivery analysis
- Change Governance
- Change related Risk Management / Reporting
- Experience in a project environment delivering change
- Financial Crime experience desired but not mandatory
- Experience on complex programs at a large financial services organisaton
