**About the Role**
We are looking for our next Communications Lead to join our Communications team. You’ll be a key player in our transformation journey, helping leaders inspire positive change and fostering strong connections within our teams. Your mission is to enhance employee engagement and communication participation through innovative and impactful campaigns.
You’ll lead the charge in delivering clear and consistent messages across the bank, ensuring our customer-facing teams are always in the loop. Creativity and innovation will be your tools as you develop tailored communications materials and experiences that resonate with our diverse brand personas. From leader notes and speeches to intranet articles and live events, you’ll craft content that captivates and informs.
Measuring engagement and turning insights into action will be crucial, as will your role in our incident communications response plan. You’ll also mentor and coach others, uplifting communications standards across the bank. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with teams to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
This role is not just about communication—it’s about making a real impact and driving positive change
**About you**
You’re a pro at managing large frontline teams in retail or service industries. You’ve got a talent for creating and executing strategic communications plans in complex, multi-brand settings. Your superpower? Influencing behaviour with creative communications campaigns and tactics, and you always back it up with data to drive decisions.
A degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is a bonus. You’re a master juggler, handling multiple communications projects with ease. Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to tailor messages to different audiences. Plus, you’re great at managing stakeholders and working with all levels of management.
