Lead a Visionary Team

You will shape the way Queensland connects, communicates, and engages with its people. As Director of Strategic Communications, you will lead a skilled team in delivering high-impact media, content, events, and engagement strategies that put people at the centre of policy and service delivery.

You will work closely with executives, ministerial staff, and stakeholders to manage high-profile issues, craft compelling narratives, and deliver sector-leading initiatives. From guiding creative campaigns to overseeing complex projects, your influence will ensure our communication is strategic, timely, and effective.

This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to balance creative vision with operational oversight. You will contribute to a positive, innovative, and inclusive culture across the Communication business group, empowering your team to deliver their best work.
