**Location**: Parramatta, Dubbo, also open to other NSW locations with a WaterNSW Office

**Salary**: From $131,851 base + super

**Tenure**: Full-Time, Permanent

**What we are looking for**:

- A strong desire to contribute your skills and expertise to our business
- Someone who is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent / identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by the community in which they were born, has lived or currently lives
- A commitment to promoting and preserving Aboriginal culture and value
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing expert systems and decision support systems

**What you will work on**:

- Work with the members of the Steering Committee to prioritise and manage the backlog of tasks, maintaining a well-defined and groomed list of features, enhancements, and user stories
- Monitor and report on the progress of program of works, identify dependencies, risks, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Manage change with the ongoing product development, including identifying training and resource gaps, risks and opportunities and facilitating improvements

**Who is**WaterNSW**?**

WaterNSW operates the state’s dams, capturing and storing water, and then supplying it ready for distribution - for the environment, agriculture, industry and the community. With 41 major dams and hundreds of waterways across the state, we play a vital role at the source of the state’s water, delivering two thirds of all water used in NSW.
