The Technical Coordinator role will assist the onsite staff with operational activities by providing customer related support and service to enable onsite delivery staff to effectively delivery facility management services. This role will manage comprehensive engineering and maintenance schedules and has responsibility for delivery of services in accordance with the Contract and agreed financial and performance measures and SLAs.

**The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for**:
Operations SupportProvide vendor management support by ensure subcontractors perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
Working with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract
Managing all vendors effectively and to carry out technical and safety audits/maintenance and repairs for all equipment as scheduled
Implementing the Planned Preventive Management Program for the site
Working with Post FM and Helpdesk personnel to schedule equipment to be taken offline so that preventative maintenance can be performed
Conducting site training and support aimed at expanding the capabilities of the Operations staff
Administering the JLL 360 program for PPM onsite

Health, Safety and Risk Management Under direction of PFM, assist in conducting regular audits to ensure that safety procedures are being complied with
Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
Assist in the property risk management program
Participate in the disaster recovery / business continuity plans and emergency management as required
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies

The Technical Coordinator will demonstrate the following competencies:
To have Corrigo management experience
Assisting FMs to manage Corrigo PM/RM work orders and other data to ensure data accuracy in a timely manner
Updating and correcting Work Orders in Corrigo as requested and approved by the PFM/RWL
Able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
Support the team effectively as and when needed
Proven ability to commit to flawless execution while complying with firm’s procedures and standards
Demonstrate and ensure to instill a culture in the team that match our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviours and values of being a Safety, Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Team Player and valuing the Customer
Able to interact with the general client staff & vendors with ease
Ability to manage conflict and conflicting priorities
Demonstrates ability to work with vendors to deliver efficient services
Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service
Proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily
Worked in a dynamic environment with basic understanding of facilities management
Good computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs
Previous experience in Operational workplace administration and coordination
