**The Role**
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Client Agency Projects, the Project Co-ordinator is integral to the successful management of external agency projects, ensuring that they are executed with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a solid foundation in project management and administration within an ICT setting, coupled with an understanding of ICT infrastructure and the diverse services provided by the Division. The ability to effectively manage time, coordinate tasks, and engage stakeholders is paramount to thriving in this position.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 6 may include:

- ICT project management, administration and reporting in SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow.
- Assistance in providing project secretariat support and coordination for range of high-level committees.
- Developing costings for ICT projects.
- Monitoring and reporting, including financial reporting for projects.
- Managing moderate/high complexity ICT projects.
- Preparing draft papers for committees, briefs, presentations, other ad hoc reports and papers as required.
