**About the Role**
As a Sales Representative, you will be coordinating and facilitating lead engagement, discovery calls, and proposal writing processes, contributing to the achievement of the sales team's targets and fostering strong client relationships. You will also leverage exceptional organisational and communication skills, aiming
to ensure seamless collaboration between the sales team and potential clients, thereby driving business growth and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Coordination: Act as the liaison between the sales team and prospective clients.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings, ensuring smooth communication and prompt follow-ups.
- Discovery Call Support: Participate in discovery calls with potential clients and assist the sales team by actively listening, taking comprehensive notes, and capturing key details to inform future interactions.
- Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals tailored to each client's unique needs and requirements. Ensure timely delivery of proposals and related documents.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions, client
- communications, and progress within our CRM system. Keep track of important dates and follow-up actions.
- Sales Support: Provide valuable support to the sales team, including generating reports,
- conducting market research, and identifying potential areas for business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Address inquiries and provide additional information as needed.

**Position Prerequisites**
- Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adept at building rapport with clients and internal teams.

**Shift Time**:

- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
