**The opportunity**

This role is accountable for providing Governance and Project support to the Project and Program Managers who are engaged in the delivery of Projects approved under the Enterprise Delivery Portfolio.

This role will have end to end responsibility for the implementation of governance standards and the Project lifecycle delivery processes under the UniSuper Delivery methodology (UDM), including reporting templates and development of artefacts, policies and procedures.

We expect each employee to live our values and behavioural expectations each day. In addition to this you will:

- Work with Project Managers, Program Managers, Portfolio Managers and project teams to successfully deliver projects.
- Ensure smooth administrative operation of projects.
- Govern all UDM artefacts or exemption stored in standard location. Artefacts are completed with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage financial forecasting, actuals, accruals, journals, month-end and purchase orders.
- Prepare reporting of Status Updates, Business Case, PSC (Project Steering Committee), DSC (Delegated Steering Committee), PIR (Post Implementation/Incident Review) and Project Closure packs and minutes. Reports are prepared with a high level of attention to detail.
- Manage all registers including Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Actions, etc.
- Update PMO systems and tools.
- Efficiently organise meetings, events and functions by liaising with other team about logistics, training, etc. Design, develop and deploy continuous improvement initiatives.

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- Passion for superannuation and the positive impact it has on members retirement outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Working effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Working in a commercially sensitive environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- A willingness to liaise closely with team members and other departments on relevant work organisation issues.
- Build collaborative and trusted working relationships and partnerships across the organisation.
- Moderate to advance proficiency with Microsoft Office, eg. Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Solid calendar, meeting and event management incl. preparing agendas and minutes.
