M&T Resources are currently seeking an experienced PMO Coordinator to support a major program of work. You will assist the PMO Lead in maintaining high-level governance and ensuring smooth delivery across the program.

Role Responsibilities

- Assist the PMO Lead, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure the program plan is kept up to date and communicated effectively across the program.
- Ensure high-level governance is maintained across the program.
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain resource models.
- Manage change requests.

Experience Required

- 5+ years’ experience in a PMO Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong project administration and reporting experience.
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and procedures.
- Experience in the Utilities or Resourcing sector is advantageous.
