**Job Title: Product Manager (Credit Card)**

**Location: Sydney**

**Employment Type: Permanent**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute product strategies for credit card products, including new product development, feature enhancements, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define product requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and technology, to bring new products and features to market.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to risk guidelines.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, and develop strategies to optimize product profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and usage of credit card products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to credit card products, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain competitiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on credit card products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing credit card products from concept to market launch.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving product innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to credit card products.
