**Lovisa Opportunity**:
The South Australia State Manager is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding customer experience in all 13 Lovisa stores across the state.
- Oversee and manager all 13 stores in your state and manage 2 Regional Managers that report directly to you.
- Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
- Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, with an aim to coach and develop your Team.
- Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.
- Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.
- Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practice.

- A can do attitude with the following skills:_
- 3+ years of Multi-site or cluster store management experience for a fashion retailer
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
- Available rotating roster (Monday-Friday then Tuesday-Saturday)
- Available blockout period mid November - mid January
- Willing to learn, coach and train team on ear piercing.
- Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strong passion for retail, customer service and fashion
