**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a Regional Property Manager. In this role, you will proactively manage a lease portfolio of head leases and sub leases, across our industrial, retail and commercial sites.
This role will manage leases across WA, SA, NT and Victoria region.

**In this Role**
- Ensure compliance of all contractual obligations, including payments, critical dates, rent reviews.
- Optimise net income performance by implementing cost management strategies.
- Manage lease renewals and market rent reviews
- Develop and manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships, and leveraging existing networking contacts
- Identify and communicate competition activity to relevant steering committees
- Ensure lease documents are completed in line with business precedents and commercial guardrails

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Minimum 5 years property management experience, with experience in commercial, industrial or retail leases highly regarded
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong skills in general lease interpretation
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Results focussed approach with strong commercial acumen
- Qualifications in Property, Estate Management or related discipline
- Knowledge of Retail Leases Act
