More than a manager, we’re looking for a true leader, someone who can navigate ambiguity, drive innovation, and lead from the front. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure services are high quality, client-focused, financially sustainable, and strategically aligned. Your ability to thrive in change and inspire geographically dispersed teams will be essential. Lead and support service delivery across the region, ensuring quality, compliance, and client-centred outcomes. Foster a high-performance culture across a dispersed team of Service Delivery Leaders and frontline staff. Manage budgets and resources effectively, aligning delivery with financial and operational targets. Strengthen relationships with community stakeholders, clients, and families, driving engagement and trust. Represent genU in the community, promoting advocacy, partnership, and collaboration. **About you** - You’re a strategic and autonomous leader with strong operational experience and a passion for delivering meaningful, person-centred services. - You’re comfortable in agile and ever-evolving environments and lead confidently through change.
