Reporting to the **Customer Service Delivery Supervisor**, the **WIP Coordinator** is responsible for coordination of effective and efficient invoicing of repairs and maintenance for Customer Machines and Component repairs. Working closely with the Customer Coordinator team, you will assist by ensuing that the work order costs are investigated thoroughly, align with our Customers repair scopes, and solutions are offered to the customer to ensure longevity.

**Location**: Perth Branch - Reid Road

**Roster**:5/2 8hrs

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Demonstrated highly developed customer service skills with an understanding as to the importance of effective Customer Management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
- Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
