General Affairs Co-Ordinator, Perth CBD

Your new role at this rapidly expanding energy and renewable company will have you accountable for a diverse range of tasks and brining a positive contribution to an emerging renewable powerhouse.

**Your Role**

As the General Affairs Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for;
- Extensive administration support across the entire company
- Accounts maintenance and bank account reconciliation
- Maintenance of office and kitchen stock and cleanliness
- Liasing with building contacts
- Data entry and document control within internal virtual systems
- Communicating with key stakeholders internally and externally, and recording these communications
- Management of WHS and compliance, including emergency response and safety training
- Co-ordination of events

**What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful as the General Affairs Co-Ordinator, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Extensive experience in a high volume corporate office administration role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic response to rapidly changing work environment
- Sound problem solving and organisational skills, including ability to identify priorities between multiple tasks
- Ability to co-ordinate approaches to multiple tasks at once with a high level of detail
- Strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to work
