Join Our Marketing & Community Engagement Team as Alumni Co-Ordinator

Perth College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Marketing & Community Engagement Team.
You will play an important part in fostering strong and lasting relationships between the School, the Old Girls' Association (OGA) and our broader alumni community.

The Role
As Alumni Co-ordinator you will be responsible for enhancing alumni engagements through events, communication initiatives, and tailored programs. You will maintain and develop the alumni database, co-ordinate reunions and OGA events, and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to keep our alumni connected and involved in school life.
This is a part time (0.8 FTE) ongoing role.

You are an organised and personable individual who thrives on building relationships and fostering community spirit. You are confident managing multiple projects and communications and have a passion for helping people stay connected.

You have:
· Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in alumni relations, events, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
· Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing for various media.
· Demonstrated proficiency in database systems, MS Office, and digital platforms.
