**Your new company**
Located in the inner Southern suburbs, this organisation manufactures and sells eco-friendly, convenient, and durable products. Following their success and with exciting plans for business growth and development they are looking to expand their in-house team to support the next stage of their business strategy.

**Your new role**
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside an external agency and consultant to help increase brand awareness. You will assist with establishing brand positioning, identifying target audiences and will be a key contributor in creating and executing marketing strategies.

You will work in a close-knit, collaborative environment where you will have a proactive approach to driving strategies and will develop and maintain long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Being responsible for coordinating and managing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Creating copy and content for target audiences across multiple platforms
- Coordinating and executing the direct marketing plan including EDMs
- Managing and maintaining audience databases
- Social media strategy & content
- Analysing customer insights, trends, and potential opportunities

This position is a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of permanency.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Tertiary education in marketing or a related discipline
- Shown practice managing social media, Google, and automated marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Demonstrated experience using Shopify
- Experience with stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- The ability to organise workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- A solution focussed attitude with a one-team approach to work
