Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a passionate person in Marketing to join our team as our lead Marketing Consultant, with a strong focus in digital advertising, social content creation, platform and SEO management.

This role is expected to be fast paced, self motivating, rapid learning and results driven.

**Working closely with consultancy principal and our offshore team, in this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Consult and establish trusted partnership with business entrepreneurs,
- Establish new marketing functions for businesses.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and key phrase research and analyses competitor performance to identify market opportunities and maximise return on marketing spend and efforts.
- Create and drive traffic to website and landing pages (using our AI platforms),
- Develop and implement SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Proactively monitor, and report on Marketing spend results, website traffic, user engagement, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Optimise website content, including on-page SEO, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking strategies, and optimise campaigns for performance,
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and SEO trends to ensure best practices are followed.

**Qualifications**:

- Marketing, commerce, physiology, law or business related qualification (or studying towards).
- General understanding of SEO algorithms, use of tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Familiar with PPC campaigns and paid social media.
- Familiar with backend functions of common Social Platforms, as well as WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RedNote).
- Familiar with backend functions and structures of websites.
- Event management (co-ordination) skills.

- Having a continuous improvement mindset, all processes must be documented in SOPs, and any repeatable activities must be automated or eliminated.

You will have opportunities to use our company's latest market technologies in AI and Automatons to help maximise your professional growth and performance.

This role will initially start on a part-time bases with opportunities to performance based bonuses, and becomes full time after 6 months probationary period. Proven success in the following 18 months for displaying self driven and leadership capabilities, will be offered partner level opportunities for running the Marketing division with profit share bonuses.
