**YOUR Next employer** is a state-of-the-art modern manufacturing facility based in Arundel. They are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join their dynamic team, commencing immediately.

**YOUR Role **will see you join an established team undertaking the basic accounts function. This company is currently in a growth phase and they anticipate this role will continue to grow in responsibility also. This is a fantastic opportunity to find your feet in this role and broaden your experience over time.

**Typical responsibilites of this role include**:

- Data entry of supplier invoices in the finance system
- Raising customer invoices
- Overseeing all AP and AR processes
- Bank and credit reconciliations
- Proficient in accounting software programs in a large organisation
- Preparation of BAS/IAS and regulatory filings
- Managing vendor payments and addressing finance related enquiries
- Reconciling statements from creditors and liaise with the procurement department on discrepancies
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure company accounts remain up to date and free of constraints at all times
- Maintaining and organizing all files ensuring proper audit trails
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Fixed Asset management
- Assisting with the end of month procedures and ad hoc management reporting

**YOUR Experience **you will have previous experience working in a basic accounts function (2 years at least). You will be detailed, thorough and possess a high level of accuracy across your work. You will have experience using Xero Accounting Software. A certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting is also highly desirable for this role. You will be adaptable to change and be able to prioritse your workload.
