**About the role**:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, as part of the National Finance Team, the Accounts Payable Clerk will process all accounts payable transactions and administrative duties as per our guidelines and procedures.

**Key duties required**:

- Process high volume of supplier invoices
- Manage own ledger of supplier invoices
- Verify invoices
- Supplier set up and maintenance
- External and internal queries
- Reconcile statements
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox
- Manage the Cash Reimbursement inbox and queries

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable department
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player but can also work autonomously
- Excellent computer skills, currently use SAP and Readsoft Systems
