Client Services Specialist

to join our Life Insurance team. In this role, you'll be focused on building strong relationships with existing customers and supporting them in managing and retaining their life insurance policies.

About the Role

As a
Client Services Specialist

, you'll be the go-to person for customers seeking help with their existing life insurance policies. You'll handle everything from policy updates to premium management and cancellation requests—ensuring our clients stay protected and informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

  • Reach out to clients regarding missed payments, renewal notices, and cancellation requests via phone, email, and SMS
  • Provide comparison quotes and assist with new life insurance applications at the client's request
  • Respond to inquiries with tailored solutions to maximize retention and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong working relationships with external underwriters and case managers to streamline outcomes
  • Maintain professional, ongoing relationships with Compare Club members
  • Work closely with internal Life Insurance Specialists and other teams across the business
  • Identify and act on opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within our existing customer base
  • Ensure timely completion of all client-related tasks
  • Collaborate with and support our offshore retention team

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in client services or client retention (experience in financial services a plus)
  • Experience in Life insurance or financial services prefered but not essential.
  • Confidence managing complaints and navigating compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
