**In this Client Services Specialist role, each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work with our customer-facing colleagues for general enquiries and all aspects of documentation and settlement process through to drawdown and disbursement of funds.
- Follow operation practices to ensure consistent and accurate outcomes.
- Support the wider Business Lending team.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Experience in a customer service-based role and exposure/knowledge of Business Lending is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of post-approval processes would be highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good stakeholder engagement.
