**About the Role**:
Are you ready to take on a leadership role that makes a difference in the world of animal healthcare? Look no further We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Client Services Manager (Front of House).
As the Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the Front of House Client Services team, responsible for delivering excellent service experiences to our valued clients, patients, and referring vets. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our customer interactions are seamless and reflective of the vision, values, and core purpose of SASH.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the team, including rostering, leave, salary, and performance management. Your dedication to building strong engagement with our veterinary partners and pet owners aligns with our core purpose of helping pets and their families live their best life.
