Polyaire Pty Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters located in SA, with 27 branches across Australia.

In line with our sustained growth, we are continuing to seek the right person to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator. As part of our close-knit team in the **Gepps Cross Branch** there is the potential to be considered for career growth within the branch.

We are seeking a career driven individual with determination who is looking for advancement and experience with coordination of a warehouse.

**Role Responsibilities Include**:

- Receiving sales orders and coordinate daily pick/packing schedules ensuring prompt delivery to customers.
- Create and oversee daily delivery run schedules for Polyaire vehicles and other couriers.
- Ensure completed sales orders are ready to be invoiced.
- Liaise with customers for collection of sales orders when due.
- Ensuring warehouse stock holdings are efficiently and accurately maintained.
- Liaise with Counter Sales and Warehouse team to resolve stock shortages.
- Liaise with manufacturing to assist with made to order part requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with assembly of sales orders as required.
- End of month KPI reconciliations.
- Assist our Counter Sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist Warehouse Manager as required.
- Accepting and adhering to all WHS responsibilities, polices, procedures and safe work practices.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience in a similar warehousing role.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Sound keyboard and computing skills (Excel).
- A valid forklift license (preferable but not essential)
- Ability to respond to continual changing of priorities.
- Good level of communication skills and rapport-building ability.
