About the Role

We are looking for our next intake of Customer Resolutions Specialists to lead the way to be the number one service provider in Australia

As a Customer Resolutions Agent in our Eastwood Contact Centre, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service by working with your team and internal resources to get the right outcome for our customers every time. You will join a team of highly driven and engaged people focused on the customer and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key information- Permanent full time, commencing Monday 14th November- Hybrid work arrangements including work from home after probation- A competitive salary of $62,851.00 + Super + commissions ($75K+ OTE) with the opportunity to earn more- Paid induction training.- Clear pathways for career progression and secondment opportunities- Dynamic role with a focus on Customer Service, Sales and Collections- Be available to work to a rotating roster between 8:00 am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday and the rotational Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00pm.- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status is required for this position.

About You

With an undivided focus on the customer, you offer support every step of the way to resolve customer service issues with ease. You recognise that every customer is different, which helps you deliver innovative experiences. You'll thrive in target driven environment and be able to provide outstanding customer experiences. You'll have exceptional communication skills and a high level of personal accountability, ensuring you take ownership, meet targets and have a high level of resilience.

If you do not have call center experience, do not hesitate to apply We provide extensive classroom and on the job training. However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:
- Experience providing excellent customer service and a passion to help others.- The ability to communicate, promote and sell AGL products and services to new and existing business customers.- The ability to meet and exceed sales and collections targets.- Passion for being in a high performing environment.- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.- Adaptable and open to receive coaching/feedback- Proficient with the use of computers.- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
