Highly reputable, award-winning Australian financial services organisation is seeking a passionate Marketing Co-ordinator to join their collaborative team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications within the Customer Team, giving you easy access to other brand and customer enthusiasts. Working as part of the Brand and Marketing Communications Teams, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the business with their brand and marketing communications needs.

**You will be responsible for**:

- They will be an internal and external brand ambassador to ensure that brand reputation is both enhanced and protected.
- Support the organisation and the brand and marketing teams in the execution of the new brand and purpose, internally and externally as well as any other adhoc requirements within the teams.
- Assist in the internal implementation of the new brand strategy and purpose
- Support the development and creation of internal tools, such as collateral and intranet site updates
- Project manage marketing and design work requests; clarifying briefs/objectives, fielding (receiving, clarifying, and sending on) graphic design or production requests, managing expectations with key stakeholders and generally acting as a liaison between the business and design/production teams
- Providing Digital Support, by assisting in the set-up and testing of new internal systems and programs
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, designers and other external suppliers, such as printers and merchandise providers
- Providing general administrative and creative marketing support to the teams

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar is desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience in a financial services environment and knowledge of the Australian insurance industry will be highly regarded
