**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced proposals professional to join our high-performing pre-contracts team at our Melbourne office in Hawthorne East. You'll develop winning strategies and compelling narratives that showcase BMD's proven capability in securing major Tier 1 construction projects across infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Deliver exceptional, fully compliant tender documentation that positions BMD as the preferred contractor for major Tier 1 opportunities
- Transform technical complexities into compelling value propositions that resonate with sophisticated clients and stakeholders
- Create strategic frameworks and schedules that guide multidisciplinary bid teams through complex procurement processes
- Collaborate seamlessly across our diverse workforce and with joint venture partners to deliver integrated, winning submissions
- Maintain cutting-edge market intelligence and best practices to keep BMD at the forefront of major project acquisition

This role is integral to BMD's growth strategy in pursuing high-value, transformational projects that define Australia's infrastructure landscape.
- A tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, marketing or similar (highly desirable)
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience working in a similar role across the civil construction or related industry.
