**Our Role**

Are you looking for a dynamic role? Pacific Energy is growing fast so we require a Proposals Advisor who will support the Business Development and Commercial team for tender submissions and contract commercial negotiation, review, and administration.

As an active member of the Commercial team, the Proposals Advisor plays a pivotal role in the preparation of proposals, tender tracking, and risk profiling of solutions that service the renewable energy sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and management on all facets of the bid proposal through to contract allocation
- Collation of all information’s required for tender submissions ensuring accuracy of information required for commercial agreements.
- Development and understanding of emerging technologies and their economics.
- Attendance of tender and client meetings
- Engage all stakeholders, group subsidiaries and suppliers for pricing and technical support in the compilation of proposals.

**About You**:

- Ability to source and consolidate information into business proposals and presentations.
- Be agile and show initiative when time pressured.
- Collaborate and participate as an active team member.
- Strong interpersonal skills that translate into solid working relationships
- Passionate writer with well-developed critical reasoning and prioritization skills
