This is an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Writer to join an expanding organisation who are globally known for their Advanced Technology Solutions. This company provides safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services in the aerospace and defence industry. They are open to contract or permanent options in this position and you will become an integral member of the team across defence proposals.

**Your new role**

The role is an integral member of the Sale and Marketing Team writing proposals in support of a pipeline of identified opportunities. The role is responsible for development of proposals in response to Requests for Information/Proposals/Quotes/Tenders and unsolicited proposals. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to grow their career in the bids and proposal space with unlimited opportunities' as the company grows. This position is ideal for someone with exposure in Defence bid or proposal writing with knowledge of ASDEFCON

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Development and management of a suite of exemplar proposal documents
- Writing proposals in response to Requests for Information/Proposals/Quotes/Tenders
- Creation of proposal graphics
- Participating in the Life Cycle Management and Business Winning Processes
- Participating in major project, sales and business reviews.
- Creating and owning offer documentation and transmitting to customers.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated previous proposal writing experience in the Aerospace, Defence and Civil sector
- Knowledge of Australian Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) suite of documents
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to interface within a complex international organisation
- Ability to create networks and influence internal stakeholders
- Hold or ability to hold NV1 Clearance (Australian Citizen)
