Our client is a mid-sized Accounting practice located in Camberwell. They are a social firm who value their employees and offer career progression.

**The Opportunity**
They are looking for a Client Coordinator & Administrator with a professional services background to support their accounting team.

**Your duties may include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages accurately
- Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail
- Managing daily checklists
- ASIC/ ATO portal
- Filing, scanning and other adhoc duties

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Able to build rapport with clients
