**About us**
**Ontime Healthcare** have provided nurses and home health care professionals to Hospitals, Aged Care, Correctional facilities and Community and Home services for over 20 years.
**About the role**:
In your new position as Head of Operations you will lead a team of nurses and home health care professionals delivering services across rural and metro Victoria and be responsible for:
- Oversee Agency, Homecare and recruitment operations to achieve growth targets, whilst maximising operational efficiency and service quality. Work with relevant Group Services entities including P+C, Digital and CSM, as required, to achieve objectives
- In conjunction with Quality Manager, oversee, ensure compliance with and participate in internal and external audits for relevant certifications and standards, including ISO (Quality and Safety), HPV and NDIS.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and oversee recruitment strategy to achieve growth targets. This includes understanding and identifying growth opportunities in new geographical regions, as well as an up-to-date awareness of industry trends and changes
- Develop, implement, and adhere to financial budgets. This includes the management of P&L, and achieving growth and profit margin targets
- Management of external service providers and manage the integration of any future acquisitions within Ontime Healthcare
- Coordinate lease changes and office relocations for Ontime Healthcare
- Preparation of tenders, in conjunction with the CSM team
- Project based work as allocated by the Executive General Manager
This role is full time and based in Carlton.
Ontime Healthcare are part of part of the wider Altius Group.
- Experience in a senior operational leadership role in the Healthcare industry is essential and aged care would be desirable
- Must be willing to work from office due to nature of work
- Experience working in a fast paced organization with an appetite for growth
- Competent utilizing data and reporting to influence strategy
- High level of financial acumen with a proven track record of increasing revenue
- Understanding of the labour market and awards such as the SCHADS, Aged Care and Nurses awards is beneficial
