Head Sandwich Hand

The team from **My Mother's Cousin Pizzeria** are on the hunt for a Full time Head chef to lead & Manage the sandwich section at our newly opened bakery Self Raised Bread Shoppe.

There will be plenty of room to grow within the business as we have an ambitious future ahead of us

**Name: Self Raised
- Bread Shoppe**. A 70s-80s inspired continental Bakery and pastry shop focused on high level bread, pastry, Pies & Sandwiches. (Yes there is coffee too)

**Trading Hours**: Wed - Sat _7am
- 2.30pm._ Sun: _8am - 2pm_ (**Mon & Tues Closed)**

**The Role**:

- Organising prep and production of high quality sandwiches
- Working in kitchen and ensuring sandwiches are of high quality all the time
- Oversee the daily operations within the sandwich section.
- Creative Freedom (we love new ideas) and are absolutely passionate about everything we do.
- Daily stock management, stock rotation and ordering
- Rostering and managing small team of 4 in the sandwich team
- 1 or more years experience as head chef or similiar leadership position
- Good team player
- Strong work ethic and a positive "can do" attitude.
- Passionate & Love for cooking
- Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlton, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
