Let’s talk about the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Culture and Capability you will be an expert of all things learning, leadership, performance, capability and careers.
Your experience working in change environments will help you quickly navigate and deliver programs to support our employee experience and effectiveness through growth. Working across the whole organisation you will be providing leadership and delivering key OD initiatives in line with our integration plan and OD & Learning Strategy, with a strong focus on change capability and careers.
You’ll:
- Adopt a systems thinking approach to build capability across the organisation to drive our desired culture, values and brand
- Through innovation and experimentation, determine the best mediums to share different forms of learning content
- Partner with the business to develop and drive talent and careers development plans and pathways to support employee growth
- Report on analytics related to adoption, usage and impact of learning and development programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and help manage iterations to deliver better business results
- Partner with our internal P&C teams and business stakeholders to design and align capability needs and framework required to deliver on our strategy
- Work with our internal learning teams to build consistency and efficiency in learning across the enterprise, including with our digital learning and experience
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions to support hybrid working, capability growth required to support organisational change
- Support organisation capability team and people partners and managers in the integration of succession planning as part of performance management and development processes
- Partner with Organisation Capability Lead (Culture) to drive culture of diversity and inclusion, and support programs and initiatives
Who we’re after
You will be an innovative thinker and leader who can translate ideas into action. You will naturally have a strong presence and be able to hold the attention of your stakeholders. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership
- Proven experience in OD/L&D/Human Resources role working with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Experience developing and implementing capability frameworks and alignment programs
- Facilitation experience is essential
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline/ Post grad in Organisational Psychology or similar will be highly regarded;
- Strong attention to detail and quality output, with an ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of talent, leadership and people capability frameworks and development
