**What's on offer?**:
As our Learning and Development Specialist you will diagnose, design, develop and deliver quality learning programs, on time and on budget.

This role encompasses significant stakeholder engagement to understand demand management in order to deliver learning solutions that meet strategic imperatives. You will build influential relationships with all levels of leadership.

As a trusted learning partner, you will provide and tailor contemporary and critical solutions that drive commercial and cultural success through best in industry standards.

You'll be an experienced learning partner and instructional designer who takes ownership. You seek to design and deliver contemporary programs of work that make a positive difference across all groups you work with.

Your stakeholder engagement is what sets you apart from others, as is your ability to delve into the minds of SMEs and draw out concepts to create game changing learning initiatives that meet strategic direction.

Your technical capability and knowledge with learning management systems, enables you to move with agility to deliver just in time learning across a diverse audience within a fast paced customer centric environment.

You will have:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or related and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Expertise with learning systems like Articulate 360, Rise and Moodle
- Instructional design and facilitation experience
- Blended learning methodology expertise
- Solid project management experience and cross functional coordination
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- A customer centric work ethic and commercial mindset
- A positive attitude with the willingness to get in and get things done
